This post is a four week rota as follows:

  • WEEK 1: Sunday 15.00-22.00, Tuesday 09:00-16.30, Wednesday 15.00-22.00, Thursday 15.00-22.00, Friday 15.00-22.00
  • WEEK 2: Monday 08.00-15.30, Tuesday 08.00-15.30, Friday 09:00-16.30, Saturday 08.00-15.30
  • WEEK 3: Sunday 08.00-15.30, Tuesday 09:00-16.30, Wednesday 15.00-22.00, Thursday 15.00-22.00, Friday 15.00-22.00
  • WEEK 4: Monday 08.00-15.30, Tuesday 08.00-15.30, Friday 09:00-16.30, Saturday 15.00-22.00

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.

Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
