Working Hours and Pay: This position is part-time and term‑time only. The salary quoted is for full‑time equivalent; if successful, the salary will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.

Responsibilities:
- Work within school policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the effective running of the school site.
- Support the promotion of positive relationships with parents and outside agencies.
- Attend skill training and participate in personal/performance development as required.
- Take care for own and others’ health and safety.
- Be aware of the confidential nature of issues.
- Support the running and effectiveness of systems that contribute to Finance, HR and site management, and the effective running of the Admin team.
- Support with medical administration, playground duty and the transition of pupils to and from the learning environment.
- Support tasks that may involve travel to/from the school’s off‑site provision.
Essential Qualifications:
- Good standard of education including English and Maths (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent).
- Relevant administrative or business support qualification or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to undertake further training and development.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualification in business administration, finance or education support.
- First Aid qualification or willingness to train.
Essential Experience:
- Experience of working in an administrative or clerical role.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment with competing priorities.
- Experience of dealing with enquiries and providing frontline customer service.
- Experience of maintaining accurate records (manual and/or electronic).
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of handling financial processes (e.g. monitoring expenditure, reconciling accounts).
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Experience using school management systems or financial software.
- Experience of contributing to reports or management information.
