Summary
Whitegate Nursery School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our busy but friendly office. As the first face that our families see when they come in to nursery, we are looking for someone welcoming and professional who will manage the wide variety of queries in person and on the telephone and email.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied job which will include working with a variety of school systems to input data, word processing and producing the weekly newsletter for families, ordering resources and more. They will support our Business and Finance Officer who manages the office.
Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
