Barrowford St Thomas CE Primary School are looking for a new School Business Support Officer to work in our busy school office. Working alongside an established School Business Officer, the successful candidate will manage the administration of our school including supporting with school dinner orders, communication with parents and administration associated with school visits. This vital role is highly visible as you will often be the first point of contact for our school both by telephone communication and face to face for visitors.

Barrowford St Thomas CE Primary is a smaller than average Church of England School in a semi‑rural location. We have a tight‑knit staff and prioritise staff wellbeing and support in all that we do. Barrowford village is a pleasant and green site just off of the M65 motorway in the East of Lancashire.

The position is part‑time for 23.5 hours per week with the preferred hours being 8.00 am – 12.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am – 4.00 pm each Friday.
