Looking for a role where attention to detail and good organisation make a real difference? This is a rewarding opportunity to support PFI contracts that serve schools and communities across Lancashire. Working within our Property Service, you’ll help make sure contracts are well-managed, compliant and delivering as intended.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing financial and administrative support to PFI contracts, including processing invoices, recharges and purchase orders
- Preparing, tracking and reconciling budgets, ledgers and performance data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating information between schools, service providers and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact for routine queries
- Preparing meeting papers, minutes, action logs and maintaining clear audit trails, risk registers and contract documentation
- Supporting contract managers to monitor performance, risks and contractual obligations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a financial, contract support or local authority environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with confidence using formulas, spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing records, logs, and multiple workstreams
- A proactive, detail-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and see tasks through
