Responsibilities:- Supporting individuals with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, budgeting)
- Encouraging independence and choice in all aspects of life
- Supporting with personal care (where required, with dignity and respect)
- Assisting with medication administration
- Helping individuals access the community, activities, and social opportunities
- Promoting positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team
