Join Our Team – Community Support Worker

We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly team at Wyre Day Service in Fleetwood, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to live happy, fulfilling lives.
About The Role
No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting people both at our day service centre and out in the community, helping them to:
- Take part in fun, meaningful activities
- Learn new skills and build independence
- Access their local community, groups, and events
- Form friendships and feel included
- Achieve their personal goals (big or small!)
This is a part-time role, 18.5 hours per week, over 3 days.
Key Requirements
We don’t need expert skills – we’re looking for people with the right values and attitude. You might be perfect if you’re:
- Kind, patient, and enthusiastic
- A good listener who enjoys working with people
- Creative, adaptable, and up for a laugh
- Reliable and a great team player
Experience in care or support work is welcome, but full training will be provided.
