Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight care and support for service users in the Short Breaks Service.
- Ensure safety, comfort and that their needs are met throughout the shift.
- Assist with personal care, finances, medication and daily tasks.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with team and service users.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Passion for helping others and a caring nature.
- Ability to stay calm and resilient in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Background in health and social care is not essential – training will be provided.
- NVQ Level 3 equivalent (QCF) course available for development.
