Do you want to make a difference to the lives of people who have a disability? We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, flexible people who would enjoy supporting adults with disabilities to live the lives they want. The Service provides daytime support for people with learning disabilities in social, leisure, education and centre-based activities.

Responsibilities

  • Daily support for adults with disabilities
  • Facilitate access to activities and experiences in the local community
  • Provide personal care as required
  • Support with managing finances
  • Administer medication
  • Ensure people’s needs are met and support positive health outcomes

The successful applicant will value others and have a person‑centred approach supporting people with dignity and respect.
