As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. Please ensure you complete the experience and education sections in the application to evidence how you meet the criteria for this role. The panel may be unable to shortlist you for interview without this evidence.
This position is part time. Please note, the salary quoted is full time equivalent and the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis. Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families.
Salary £25,949 - £25,989, per annum | Permanent, Part Time | 30.5 hours per week | Pro Rata | Burnley, Lancashire.
This part-time role is not open to international sponsorship.
This post is a four week rota as follows:
- Week 1: Sunday 15:00-22:00, Tuesday 09:00-16:30, Wednesday 15:00-22:00, Thursday 15:00-22:00, Friday 15:00-22:00.
- Week 2: Monday 08:00-15:30, Tuesday 08:00-15:30, Friday 09:00-16:30, Saturday 08:00-15:30.
- Week 3: Sunday 08:00-15:30, Tuesday 09:00-16:30, Wednesday 15:00-22:00, Thursday 15:00-22:00, Friday 15:00-22:00.
- Week 4: Monday 08:00-15:30, Tuesday 08:00-15:30, Friday 09:00-16:30, Saturday 15:00-22:00.
