About the RoleAn AutoCAD Technician within Property Service at Lancashire County Council , the role will work with the Performance and Information Team based at County Hall on a hybrid working basis. The team manages the council\’s property portfolio (approx. 600 schools and 400 operational buildings) to support corporate priorities and service objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining accurate property asset information in the Property Asset Management System (PAMS).
Identify and release sites to meet statutory duties.
Strategically manage the property portfolio to align with operational needs.
Coordinate the transfer of surplus properties to community organisations.
Collaborate with public and community sector bodies to explore co-location and shared service delivery opportunities.
