The Headteacher and Governors of Broughton-in-Amounderness Church of England School are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and engaging class teacher who will also lead English in school from September 2026. This is a permanent position that would suit an experienced teacher with the drive and determination to succeed.
Outstanding Teacher Requirements- Is an excellent and enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for highly effective teaching and learning;
- Can support and embrace the Christian ethos of the school;
- Has experience of working in key stage one or two;
- Has experience of leading English or one of the core subjects;
- Is committed to promoting positive attitudes to learning;
- Is creative, innovative, and forward thinking;
- Can form warm and positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents;
- Will take part in all aspects of school life.
- An ethos based firmly on Christian values;
- Enthusiastic, well-motivated pupils;
