Great Arley School is a special school for pupils aged 4 to 16 years with a wide range of learning and complex needs. The role is to provide support to these pupils as Teaching Assistants Level 2B on a part‑time, term‑time basis (32.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 3.30pm).

Salary and Hours

Salary £25,989 to £28,142 pro rata, term‑time only (32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year). Hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm with flexibility required.

Great Arley School, Holly Road, Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 4HH.

Responsibilities

  • Provide teaching assistance to pupils aged 4 to 16 with SEN and complex needs.
  • Support classroom teaching and individual learning plans.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Participate in term‑time and INSET days as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 2B teaching assistant qualification.
