We’re looking for a Parenting Education Worker to join our Best Start in Life team – a role where every day you’ll make a real difference to children, parents, and communities. This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering life-changing parenting support that improves outcomes for children from the very start.
You will:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based parenting programmes like PEEPs, Triple P and EasyPeasy
- Work directly with parents and carers to build confidence, resilience, and practical parenting skills
- Provide group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 support in Family Hubs and community settings
- Help families access the right support at the right time through triage and guidance
- Build strong relationships with families, partners, and communities to maximise engagement
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in working with children, parents, or families
- Skilled at building trust and engaging people from all backgrounds
- Confident facilitating group work
- Compassionate, patient, and resilient

These posts are part time and there will be some evening and weekend work (on a rota). This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
