At Lancashire Constabulary we are committed to getting new talent into our teams and supporting them in their career development. We are seeking a motivated individual who will join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) on the Business Support Level 3 apprenticeship.

All successful apprentices who meet the performance requirements over the apprenticeship journey will secure a permanent position in the OPCC’s Office. If you have what it takes to develop the skills needed to deliver an outstanding service to the public and be a valued employee of the OPCC, then this is the apprenticeship programme you have been looking for.

If your application is successful you will be invited to attend our Assessment Centre, which will take place at Hutton Headquarters, week commencing Monday 23rd March 2026. Don't be nervous about the assessment centre, we will make sure you have all the information you need when the time comes. As a disability confident employer, reasonable adjustments will be considered for those candidates who require adjustments to undertake the Assessment Centre. Successful applicants will begin in post once vetting has been completed. The apprenticeship will commence in September 2026.

Please note, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass NPPV 2 Vetting. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
