An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to join our dedicated Learning Disabilities Pathway team in Whalley, supporting 2 of our 4 specialist houses. Our houses provide Individual Packages of Care (IPC), delivering intensive, person‑centred support tailored to the unique needs of each individual in our care. This role offers the chance to shape and transform services while leading with compassion, resilience, and innovation. You will work closely in partnership with another Ward Manager and alongside a comprehensive Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for the people we support.
