Role
We are currently seeking a Band 7 Occupational Therapy Clinical Specialist to join our Older Adult Inpatient Services at The Harbour, a modern, purpose-built facility located on the outskirts of Blackpool.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Occupational Therapists, support staff, and students.
- Provide expert clinical leadership within the Older Adult and Dementia services.
- Deliver and develop high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Focus on enhancing quality of life and supporting the development of sustainable social and leisure roles for service users.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
