An exciting opportunity has arisen on Shakespeare ward at the Harbour for highly motivated and professional RMN to join the wards as band 6 clinical lead. In coming into this role, the successful candidate will join an already established leadership team and will have the opportunity to further develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will bring excellent role modelling skills, a passion for supporting and developing junior colleagues, including student nurses and preceptors, and they should have a keen interest in quality improvement projects that can lead to improvements in patient care and staff wellbeing. You should bring with you experience of nursing people with acute mental health needs, as well as some experience of providing high quality supervision, an awareness of not just how to complete an audit but what to do with the data an audit provides us with, and be keen to develop your own skills once in post.
