Applications are invited for a Band 2 Receptionist to work in our community team Eating Disorder Service to provide a comprehensive administration and information service across the service, and coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality reception service within designated base. The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. Problem solving is an integral part of the role.
The role will involve contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people – both internal and external to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach. The post holder will need to be a team player with very strong communication skills.
The post holder will work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to various sites as directed by their line manager to ensure continuity of service provision.
