You will provide nurse leadership within the multidisciplinary team and ensure effective assessment, planning and delivery of care for inpatient service users.
You will need outstanding clinical skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of adult mental health, CARE PROGRAMME APPROACH and NICE guidance.
