The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The post holder will work within the Mortality Review programme, as a function of the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Team, specialising in the delivery of nationally recognised mortality review methodology. The post holder will contribute to care record reviews and coordinate the learning from deaths process across the organisation, in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, generating evidence to support quality improvement. They will be highly organised, possess good governance, IT and analytical skills and be confident in communicating information in a range of formats.

Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months will be considered with approval from current manager.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
