Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recovery Support Worker for its forensic inpatient mental health team at Guild Lodge. You will create a positive ward environment by planning and leading social, recreational and hobby activities that support wellbeing, confidence and recovery.
Working with service users and the multidisciplinary team, you will deliver a range of group and individual activities across 7 days and evenings, promoting the five ways to wellbeing.
