The Senior Practitioner will join the MAPPA, Victims and Veterans (MVV) Team, working 22.5 hours per week across Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. This role supports specialist consultation, risk assessment, and care pathways for service users in complex cases.
You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, contribute to service development, and provide trauma-informed guidance to staff.
