We are currently seeking a dedicated band 6 key worker to join us. This role presents an innovative opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals facing complex and enduring mental health challenges and stigma. Through innovative approaches like Dialog+, we collaborate closely with service users, families and carers, understanding their unique experiences, identifying personal goals, and providing tailored support to empower them on their journey to wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Holding a caseload of service users and supporting occupational therapy, admin, psychology, psychiatry and support workers colleagues to support their mental health journey.
