This post is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, office based. Are you passionate about supporting education and digital innovation in healthcare? We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Clinical Education Training Team as a Clinical Education Administration / Digital Support Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Trust's training provision for mandatory training, clinical skills and simulation-based education. Your organisational skills will help staff access high-quality learning and development opportunities within the Trust. You'll be part of a dynamic team working to improve training delivery and simulation learning resources across the organisation.
This post will be based at the Simulation Suite (Guild Lodge) and may be required to meet and greet at other LSCFT sites, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Provide a comprehensive and flexible support service to the Clinical Education Team, managing own workload and acting independently as required.
- Be one of the main points of contact within the team, providing a comprehensive customer service and enquiry provision to internal and external customers of the Trust.
- Respond effectively and appropriately to a range of queries regarding training that the Clinical Education deliver or offer.
- Manage the Clinical Education team inbox and respond to requests or escalate to the appropriate manager, trainer or team.
- Log training requests and support with the coordination of clinical education training programmes including ad hoc room bookings.
- Support procurement of resources and management of stock.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the Clinical Education Team.
- Coordinate the inputting of all courses on LMSX and support with analytics.
- Help support LMSX and ensure that the team are kept up to date with any changes.
- Help coordinate and lead on the administration duties.
- Support the design and development of high quality, fit for purpose simulation products and support implementation using appropriate software.
- Experience in administrative support within a clinical or education setting is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and related data analytics is advantageous.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
