An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Performance, Planning and Quality Administrator (PPQ) to work within our Clinical Services based at Leyland House.
Your previous employment in administration and customer service will provide you with the foundation needed to work efficiently, competently and with a caring demeanour.
Our service users are at the heart of what we do. Our admin teams provide the vital link for those who require support within our service whether that be queries regarding their referrals, booking appointments or responding to medication or clinical concerns.
Our administrators are required to support meetings therefore you must have proven experience in minuting meetings that are of a sensitive nature. Attention to detail is a pre‑requisite. We are focused on care therefore our work must reflect this.

The post holder will have a key role in maintaining systems and databases to support service planning and the monitoring of performance and quality indicators for services. This will involve data input, ensuring accuracy of data, the retrieval of data and information by running queries and producing reports as required.
The post holder will also support the organisation of clinics, education and training programmes, promotional and marketing events as required.
The post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their administration line manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
The post holder will provide support and day to day supervision of Clerical Officers and act up on behalf of the Administration Team Leader as required.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
