Key responsibilities:
- Establish effective systems and processes to support day‑to‑day operational management and delivery of forensic inpatient services.
- Ensure arrangements meet local, corporate and operational service requirements, working closely with senior management, clinical staff and administrative clerical staff.
- Support, develop and implement systems to improve performance and assurance in service delivery.
- Develop, implement and monitor improved systems for key work areas, including estate and environment factors and physical and procedural security standards in line with efficient governance structures.
