Overview
Exciting opportunity to work within innovative dynamic growing multi‑disciplinary Community CYPMH in LSCFT‑Fylde and Wyre. Children & young people access services with wide range emotional and mental health difficulties moderate to severe. Join established supportive hardworking team passionate improving outcomes for children, young people and families/carers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and formulations.
- Build therapeutic relationships with children and young people and deliver evidence based interventions (including group treatment).
- Care co‑ordinating agreed caseload.
- Liaise with other agencies and offer consultation.
- Participate in duty rota.
- Contribute to all aspects of positive team functioning.
- Contribute to ongoing service innovations and development.
Qualifications and Registration
Registered Nurse, Dip SW or equivalent social work qualification (CSS, CQSW, degree in social work), Allied Health Professional registered with HCPC and accredited by HCPC recognised body e.g. UKCP/BACP.
