The predicted salary is between 23615 - 25674 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for three post holders to support the transfer of the electronic patient records from ECR and RiO to EMIS. This will be supporting physical health services in the Central & West Network. The post holders will be aligned to the Community administration hubs supporting working from sites including Clinics and Health Centres in Preston, Chorley & South Ribble localities.

The post holders will be required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Digital and administrative service as directed by their administration line manager, to ensure continuity of a quality service provision. The post holders will have a good standard of education with qualifications in English, Maths and Word processing. Excellent computer skills are essential to support the teams transitioning to a new patient administration system. General administration experience is required in order to provide a professional service to the clinical teams.

Contact with patients by telephone is required and therefore, experience of dealing with people is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and customer care skills. It is essential that the post holder has good organisational and communication skills. The post holder will be required to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative.
