The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 £ per year.

An exciting opportunity in the Furness Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will work with service users diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) on CMHT caseloads. You will deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a community caseload. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available upon discussion.

Main Duties

  • Direct face‑to‑face contact with service users and group work.
  • Engage with wider community system (A&E, police, inpatient and community settings) to deliver evidence‑based practice.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision provided by Specialist Practitioners.
  • Support service users to recover, develop autonomy and reduce need for secondary mental health services.
  • Possess knowledge of SCM and interest in working with people with personality disorder.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification (e.g. RMN, SW, OT).
  • In‑depth knowledge of mental health problems and a variety of personality presentations.
  • In‑depth knowledge of issues impacting people with mental health problems.
  • Post‑qualification experience of clinical work and assessment with service users and a diagnosis or features of personality disorder.
  • Experience of risk assessment and management.
