The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and close.

You'll engage with senior decision-makers, operational leaders and healthcare stakeholders, positioning i Med Doc as a trusted solution to meet their business and clinical needs.

This role offers significant autonomy, strong support from the wider business and genuine career progression opportunities within a growing international healthcare technology organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion and upselling.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' proven Saa S sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong new business development and pipeline generation experience.
  • Experience managing consultative and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to work from our Milton Keynes office a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Preferred Experience

Candidates must have either

  • Previous Healthcare Technology sales experience,
  • Previous Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry sales experience.

Experience selling into NHS, healthcare provider, pharmacy or clinical environments would be highly advantageous.
