About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Kitchen & Bedroom Sales professional to take full ownership of our busy showroom. This is a hands-on role suited to someone ready to step into (or further develop within) a managerial position, with responsibility for both sales performance and day-to-day showroom operations.

You will manage the entire customer journey—from initial enquiry through to design, quotation, order fulfilment, and after-sales care—while proactively identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the showroom independently, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer experience at all times.
  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the full sales process.
  • Produce accurate CAD designs and detailed quotations.
  • Conduct site visits and carry out measurements as required.
  • Handle order processing, liaising closely with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Resolve any issues relating to orders, deliveries, or installations efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Proactively seek and develop new sales opportunities, including local marketing and lead generation.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure the space is clean, organised, and up to date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in kitchen (and ideally bedroom) sales within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in a showroom environment, with exposure to management responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong CAD design skills and experience producing customer-ready plans and quotations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to sales development.
  • Full UK driving licence (required for site visits).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with performance related bonus.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a busy showroom and grow within the business.
  • Supportive working environment with scope for progression into senior management.
  • Varied, customer-facing role with real responsibility and impact.
