Head Of Recycle

Position: Permanent, based at Southall Depot. Very competitive salary. Hybrid working, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible hours).

Responsibilities

  • Site primary keyholder.
  • Permit, Legionella, Fire Risk Assessment compliance.
  • Supporting the development of commercial waste collections and related business-to-business activities under various reporting managers and supervisors in the R360 business.
  • Change management, strategic business planning, including business development and contribution to relevant Lampton strategies, plans and initiatives.
  • Development and implementation of actions and initiatives in accordance with R360 and Lampton plans.
  • Contribution to the wider success of Lampton Group through collaboration with senior colleagues and board members.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety and wellbeing of R360 employees, customers and public.
  • Profit and loss, budget management.
  • Compliant procurement, specifying goods and services, demonstrating value for money.
  • Increasing turnover and company value.
  • Development and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, etc.

Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GSCES at grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) including Maths and English.
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Driving Licence.
  • First degree in a relevant subject.
  • Significant professional experience in lieu of formal management qualification.
