Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of Lampton’s in-house design studio, overseeing workflow, deadlines and quality control.
- Provide line management to junior creatives, supporting development, quality and efficiency.
- Lead the design and delivery of all creative output across the Lampton Group, including Lampton Leisure, Lampton Homes, and Lampton Services.
- Act as brand guardian, maintaining and evolving brand identity systems and house styles for each Lampton division.
- Manage paid design commissions from external clients, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Translate briefs from colleagues into creative solutions that are clear, impactful, and on-brand.
- Own the production schedule and manage competing priorities across teams and channels.
- Support the head of marketing and communications with creative development of campaigns and content.
- Ensure all artwork is optimised for both digital and print use, and is accessible, inclusive, and professional.
- Maintain the central design asset library, templates and brand guidelines.
- Bring innovation to the studio by staying up to date with design trends, tools and technologies.

- At least 2 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer or Lead Designer role.
- Demonstrable ability to produce high-quality creative work across print and digital.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
- Experience maintaining or evolving brand identity systems across multiple formats.
- Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues or designers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to present and explain creative ideas.
