A 3 month Fixed Term Contract with a salary of £41,491 Pro Rata plus van and fuel card. Full Time position with a 40 hour week from 7.30am to 4.00pm in Brentford.

About the Job:
To provide a high quality, customer-focused Painting and Decorating service to commercial standards across Hounslow. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating of client’s premises, both internal and external.
- Performing a full range of preparatory works to enable a quality decorative finish.
- Using appropriate methods such as steaming, sanding, or power tools for surface preparation.
- Undertaking decorative works to deliver a quality finish, including various painting techniques.
- Working at heights using scaffold, cherry-pickers, scaffolding, cradles, and ladders.
- Ensuring efficient use of resources through effective ordering and minimising waste.
- Planning ahead of each job and ensuring required materials and tools are available.
- Understanding and following Asbestos surveys and working within CDM sites.
- Ensuring safety by adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications:
- City & Guilds/NVQ 2-3
- PASMA & IPAF
- Full UK Driving License
Previous Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience as a painter & decorator in a commercially focused organisation.
- Good numeracy, literacy, written, oral, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of General Health & Safety, Working at Heights, COSHH regulations, and CDM regulations.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret risk assessments and method statements.
- Ability to meet pre-determined deadlines and performance targets.
- Proficient in using basic tools relevant to the work.
