About The Job

Do you love telling stories through video and photography, and seeing them make a real difference? At Lampton Group, our Marketing and Communications team works like an in-house creative agency. We support all Lampton brands, from leisure centres to environmental services, and we also take on external commissions for Hounslow Council and partner organisations.

We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our Design Studio and help us tell our story with purpose. This role is about capturing the people, places and services behind our brands, and turning that into video and photography that not only looks good, but actively supports engagement, reputation and commercial activity across the group.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on site, working with real people in real environments, and creating content that is used across marketing campaigns, communications and digital channels. Your work will help people understand who we are, what we do and why it matters, while also supporting services to attract customers, partners and audiences.

You will plan and deliver video and imagery for specific projects and campaigns, support external agency work, and build a strong, up-to-date library of stock photography and video across all Lampton brands. One day you might be filming at a leisure centre to support membership marketing, the next capturing frontline environmental services, and another working on content for an external commission.

You will sit within the Design Studio, reporting to the Studio Manager, and work closely with designers, marketers and colleagues across the business. This is a delivery-focused role where you will manage your own shoots and edits, work at pace, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The role is primarily field-based across Hounslow, with regular in-person team meetings at our offices across the borough. You will need to be comfortable travelling independently between sites and working in a variety of settings.

If you want a role where your content has a clear purpose, supports real outcomes and gives you the chance to see your work make an impact, we would love to hear from you.

Experience & Qualifications Required

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Film Production, Media, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work across digital channels (social media, websites, campaigns) which has led to strong conversion rates
  • Experience of producing and editing video content for online audiences, with a clear understanding of optimisation for reach, retention, and click-through rates
  • Experience using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci software After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar
  • Experience using Canon cameras for photography and videography is essential.
  • Proven experience creating visual content that supports marketing objectives, drives engagement, and contributes to lead generation or sales
  • Experience working with marketing teams to interpret briefs, understand target audiences, and translate messages into compelling visual stories
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments where content needs to perform and not just look good
  • Experience using analytics or campaign feedback to inform content strategy and refine creative output for stronger results
  • Ideally, experience working in-house or in an agency supporting B2C and B2B services.
