Lampton Leisure is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead Lifeguards, manage safety on poolside, and coordinate wet-side timetables and events. As a Duty Manager you’ll run day-to-day centre operations, open/close the site, and ensure a safe, enjoyable customer experience across our West London leisure centres.
You will drive team targets, provide leadership, and ensure CPD compliance while delivering inclusive aquatic programmes and reliable service for the local community.
