The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
PART TIME - (approx. 2–3 days per week), flexible. Salary will be payable on an agreed day rate depending on experience, based on a circa £50k per annum salary pro rata.
Purpose of the Role
Own and lead the product development and wholesale – from concept and supplier management through to pricing and growth – supporting the founders as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Range Development
- Manage suppliers, manufacturers, and production timelines
- Oversee sampling, quality control, and costings
- Maintain product integrity, materials, and finishes in line with brand
- Commercial & Pricing
- Set and manage pricing, margins, and cost structures
- Ensure profitability across DTC and wholesale
- Support forecasting, sell-through, and range planning
- Wholesale & Partnerships
- Develop and grow wholesale relationships
- Prepare pricing, line sheets, and product information
- Advise on wholesale strategy and channel expansion in UK and Internationally with focus on USA
- Operational Support
- Improve systems and processes as the business scales
- Act as a senior sounding board to the founders
- Help bridge creative, operational, and commercial decisions
Ideal Background
- Senior experience in homeware, furniture, or interiors
- Strong product development and commercial understanding
- Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers in the UK and Europe as well as ethical oversees manufacturers
- Comfortable in a hands-on, founder-led, scaling brand
- Open to part-time / pro rata / consultancy-style work
