We are looking for an experienced and proactive QESH & Facilities Manager to join our busy operations team in Inverkeithing.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to take ownership of Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health, and Facilities functions across the site.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of compliance, quality, safety, and operational excellence while supporting the ongoing development of our people, facilities, and infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities
    As QESH & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems in line with company and client requirements.
  • Maintaining and developing the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance processes are effectively managed.
  • Coordinating and overseeing skills development and training programmes across the operation.
  • Planning and managing estate, building, infrastructure, and plant maintenance activities.
  • Managing internal and external audit programmes.
  • Overseeing contractor management and performance.
  • Purchasing site consumables and supporting operational requirements.
  • Maintaining compliance with: LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, PAT Testing, Legionella Control, Asbestos Management and Fire Safety Regulations
  • Managing and maintaining site security systems.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

This role offers variety and responsibility, with opportunities for further development within a growing and dynamic team.

  • Experience working within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
