As our Clinical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care we deliver, supporting both residents and staff to thrive. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager, providing strong clinical leadership, mentoring the nursing and care teams, and ensuring best practice is embedded across the home.

As a Clinical Lead, your role goes beyond hands-on nursing. You’ll be responsible for promoting clinical excellence, overseeing care planning, supporting audits and compliance, and being a key point of contact for families and external professionals. What we’re looking for:
- You’re a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and solid clinical experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting.
- You’re confident in leading others, comfortable making clinical decisions, and passionate about developing and supporting your team.
- You have a strong understanding of regulatory standards and a commitment to continuous improvement in care quality.
