Lamington Group’s Second Nature York and Leeds openings require a Cluster Sales Manager to lead local corporate, extended-stay and group sales from day one. You’ll report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Group Director of Sales, building pipelines for the May 2027 York launch and the early-2028 Leeds opening.
You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on relationship building, negotiating rate agreements, and collaborating with Revenue and Operations to deliver on promises.
