THE ROLE What's the role about?
You are the Assistant Maintenance Manager at LSA.
You anchor the physical presentation, asset functionality, and safety standards of our entire building and facilities.
This role isn't about managing solely from a laptop or hiding in a workshop; it is about taking raw ownership of the property, managing reactive repairs with respect, and ensuring that every maintenance task is completed with consistent, unhurried care.
