In order to support our 2030 growth strategy, room2 is seeking a dynamic and proactive Group Sales Manager, who understands how AI & values align in corporate and agency hotel sales. You will be responsible for delivering sales revenues that support our Commercial Strategy. The Group Sales Manager will be critical to the wider commercial function and instrumental in expanding the B2B funnel, broadening B2B demand delivery, using intelligent sales technology to maximise sales value, unlock new markets, and drive revenue growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in fast-growth and mission-led environments
- Understands AI, CRM and automation tools
- Proactively anticipates issues and addresses them without prompting
- Uses data to inform decisions, prioritise pipelining and articulate revenue impact
- Keeps stakeholders informed with transparency and structure
- Remains composed under pressure; sustains drive during challenges
- Champions client value at every stage of the sales process
- Is a natural evangelist for sustainable and ethical business practices
- Business development within hospitality, travel, hybrid living, serviced apartments or extended-stay sectors
- Track record of growing revenue and client relationships in B2B and leisure segments
- Strong familiarity with UK and European travel buyer ecosystems
- Comfortable presenting to corporate stakeholders
- Experience with new hotel opening and wider geographical markets
Pay range and compensation package:
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 and discretionary bonus scheme
