Group Marketing Manager London, Hammersmith – Hybrid (Currently Mon, Weds, Fri in office)

Purpose of the role
The Group Marketing Manager will be pivotal in transforming the Lamington Group (LG) Marketing function & marketing operating model and will manage a team of in-house professionals and 3rd party agencies to deliver group-wide marketing communications, marketing services & brand management support across the portfolio of Lamington Group Brand. Your ability to deliver engaging, creative content and marketing activations which strengthen the brand identity and positioning will be vital
As Group Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to design and shape a contemporary marketing services function, utilising best-in-class technologies and 3rd party agency expertise in a forward-looking, tech-first/AI-enabled business. You will serve as a custodian of all group brands, ensuring communication reflects the respective brand identity, ethos, hallmarks & experience-focused touchpoints.

Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary up to £50,000 and discretionary bonus scheme.
