General Production Operative in Chesterfield

Overview

We are looking to recruit a General Production Operative to join our manufacturing team.

Location: Staveley, Chesterfield

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday

Hours (cont): 8.30am – 4.30pm

Pay Rate: Up to £14.00, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of machines
• Manual machining and processing of parts
• Inspection of parts
• Undertaking routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas/machines

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Good level of numeracy skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude to learning new skills
• Have good attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

This is a permanent role with free on-site parking.
