Laminar Projects is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager to lead all aspects of construction cost control, from concept through close-out, across diverse client projects in the UK.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, implement digital tools, and maintain a no-surprises cost environment.
You will own pre-construction estimating, live cost management, and change analysis, working with Tier 1/2 contractors and client teams. UK travel every other week is expected.
