The Role
Purpose of the role: You will improve how some of the worldβs most interesting and complex construction projects are run by deploying Oracle Construction Systems, applying your technical expertise alongside strong people and project controls skills. The goal is to make life easier for everyone involved in project and programme delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Your top 5 responsibilities:
- Own the implementation plan and drive software configuration and adoption to achieve desired outcomes.
- Leverage your planning and project controls expertise to design and configure scalable, optimized and fit-for-purpose solutions on Oracle systems.
- Engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure they understand that the new processes and tools are designed to make their lives easier.
- Identify leads and opportunities to deploy systems across new and existing clients.
- Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well.
Your Capabilities

- Experience in sales and implementation of Oracle Systems in the construction industry
- Proficient communicator in written and verbal English

- A track record of making projects and organisations better
