Alongside project work, you'll help keep our learning management system (Thrive) running smoothly, supporting users, managing learning content and using data to understand what's working and where we can improve. You'll also be comfortable using AI as part of your day-to-day work, exploring how it can help us design, develop and deliver high-quality learning faster and smarter without compromising quality.

  • Facilitate and contribute: Facilitate learning sessions, including our Laminar Way series, and contribute to a wide range of L&D initiatives, building your facilitation skills and broadening your impact over time.

Your Capabilities: You'll thrive in this role if you're curious about how people learn and enjoy designing learning solutions that make a real difference.
