- Lead the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences: Own the day to day office experience, ensuring a welcoming, productive and engaging environment for team members, clients and visitors.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve how the team interacts with and experiences the workplace.
- Plan and deliver high quality events from concept to completion: Manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, supplier coordination, logistics, communications, execution and post event evaluation.
Deliver events that support business goals, strengthen relationships and bring culture to life.
- Manage office operations and facilities effectively: Oversee workplace services, suppliers, maintenance, equipment, health and safety requirements and office processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with team members, clients and visitors: Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, leadership, vendors, clients and other partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration and consistent high service standards.
