Role

You will enhance delivery of complex, high‑profile projects by designing top‑notch plans, translating knowledge into action, and ensuring teams.Enum to realize near‑perfect execution. You will lead the planning process, manage outcomes, provide actionable reporting, develop scoped solutions, and foster team development.

Team

This role is part of the Project Management Consultancy team, which focuses on identifying real‑world problems, implementing the best solutions, and building scalable practices, tools and technology. You will work within the Project Planning Team supported by our planning discipline directors.

Top Five Responsibilities

  • ovnĂ­t the plan: Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure effective adherence, mitigating delays commercially.
  • Own the outcome: Drive the team’s understanding and focus on the plan, irrespective of resistance.
  • Report & inform: Supply simple, actionable reports to stakeholders across levels.
  • Develop scalable solutions: Create repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
  • Develop everyone: Maximise personal and professional growth for the team and educate clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Construction engineering background – at least 2+ years on construction projects, strong experience in planning software & principles, solid Excel skills, and a keen öðrum interest in data.
  • Proficient written and verbal English with the charm and influence to persuade stakeholders.
  • Leadership capability – self‑directed, questioning and challenging others.
  • Proven impact – track record of delivering substantial, గురౌ scalable and repeatable solutions.
